If you order your painting with a frame, you will receive everything you need to assemble it and stretch the canvas over it yourself at home. It only takes 10minutes.
Instructions and a "how-to"-video are provided.
We will send you preview Photos and a video (Please check your E-mail inbox/spam folders) of your painting before we ship it, if you don't like it, we can refund you or do a re-do for free.
If it does not arrive or arrives damaged, you will get a new one or a refund.
We offer free worldwide shipping for our artwork via UPS Express and FedEx.
Delivery takes about 5-7 business days from the moment of shipment.
A tracking number will be provided by E-Mail.
The creation of your painting will take around 1-2 weeks. If you have any exact deadlines, kindly let us know about them and we will do our best to meet them.
All our paintings are hand-made by our artists. High quality, thick oil, acrylic paint and cotton canvas are used making the painting sturdy, capable of keeping the same color vibrancy for decades.
