We at Radikal Homes are proud of our customer service. We guarantee 100% service satisfaction when you order from us.

Unfortunately, not everything on the process of an order depends on us. Our products will be safely packed by us. However, we rely on other companies, couriers, to bring you your order in perfect condition and on time. Special conditions like the recent pandemic may affect delivery times.

Are you not happy with your painting? Get a "re-do" or refund:

You will receive a preview Foto of your painting before we ship it. If you don't like it, we can adjust it or let another artist do a "re-do" of your painting.

If you would like to cancel your order after 48 hours and get a refund, this is possible, however we will keep a 15% fee of your order value because of the time the artist invested in your order.

After you have received your order, you have 14 days to request a refund, a 15% fee of your order value will be kept. Since we are a small art studio, we can not cover costs for returns. It has to be covered by you.

IMPORTANT: For custom paintings, we do not offer refunds. A custom painting means, a painting that is not available in our shop.

Damaged or Incorrect Order

If you have discovered our fault, please take pictures of the defected or wrong case sent to you and attach them to the initial email with an explanation. 

Once we receive your Email and verify the issue, we will get a replacement or refund sent to you right away. 

Order Not Received

If your painting has not arrived within 30 days after you placed your order, please contact and we will take care of the situation as fast as possible.

Important Information

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after ordering. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer.

We are also not responsible for failed deliveries due to your absence during the time of delivery.

Limited Edition

At the moment there are no refunds available for the paintings of our limited collection. These paintings are limited in availability and are exclusivily crafted for you. After your painting is created, a refund is no longer possible.

Order Modifications or Cancellation

After your order has been placed, you have 48 hours to contact and request order modifications, change of address, or a cancellation.

After 48 hours, if you would like to cancel your order you will be charged a small fee of 15% of the order value to compensate the artist's time invested in your painting(s).

Delayed Order

Due to the unique nature of our products, we wish to inform our customers that we cannot offer refunds for orders that arrive later than expected.

Please note, our production and delivery schedules may vary, and unforeseen delays can occur for various reasons, such as courier issues, mistakes in the given address of the order, artist availability or business holidays.

If you have a specific deadline, we kindly ask that you communicate this at the time of your order so we can advise on feasibility and do our best to accommodate your needs.

We appreciate your understanding that once an order has been created and confirmed, we are fully committed to its completion and cannot offer a refund at this time. We are dedicated to keeping you informed every step of the way and ensuring your complete satisfaction with the final artwork.
